Alan Thompson
Director and Owner
Alan is joint owner of Konica Minolta Gold Coast and is the Sales Director of the company. His experience with the Konica Minolta product is over 22 years. Starting as a technician, graduating to sales and sales management, Alan had a rounded education in the industry, before being able to purchase the Gold Coast office with Colin from Konica Australia in 2001.
Colin Wheeler
Director and Owner
Joint owner of Konica Minolta Gold Coast. After 26 years of Corporate life, Colin finds combining big business structures in an SME a great combination to provide a structured Company that can serve its clients effectively. Honesty and Integrity are his bywords to maintain growth and a happy team!
Craig McHenry
Operations Manager
Craig started with Konica Gold Coast in 1991 as a green trainee and has worked his way up to his current position responsible for the efficient and effective running of the Service business within the Company. Craig is well respected by his team and has been ‘the man in charge’ since 2000. Craig is also the best cyclist in the Company!
June Coulston
Accounts/Administration
Colin’s right hand and Administrative heart of Konica Minolta, June has been in the role since 1996. When she is not leading the Kurrawa Surf Clubs marching team or cooking up a feast, June may be talking about any outstanding accounts!
Karen Griffith
Administration
We welcome Karen back to the workforce after raising two gorgeous girls and running her husband’s surfboat business. Her role here at Konica is the friendly receptionist and meter reader. Karen is like “a dog with a bone” when it comes to meter readings and is always keen to obtain every single one by the end of the month. Karen is amazed with all of the technology that Document Solutions has to offer and she has jumped in feet first into the 21st Century. When not running a household Karen loves to read and relax.

Paul Bryan
Sales
Paul Bryan has been working in the industry for 10 years, with 8 of those years working for a Konica Minolta Dealer in Brisbane. After a successful time in Brisbane an opportunity took Paul to Melbourne. This opportunity required Paul to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with large national and international companies. With 2 young boys, Cooper and Lachlan, Paul and his wife decided to come back to the Gold Coast to start them in School and enjoy the lifestyle no other city can offer. With his long term association with Konica Minolta, Document Solutions Australia will provide Paul with a great opportunity to continue this association whilst living locally here on the Gold Coast.

Matt Corscadden
Sales
Hailing from our Nation’s Capital, Canberra, Matt brings over 10 years account management experience to Document Solutions from national companies including Corporate Express and Commander. A keen rugby league supporter he has embraced the Titans as his second team (Raiders are obviously 1st) and enjoys the warm coastal temperatures more than the frosty Canberra mornings
Adam Burns
Service Controller
Adam has been with Konica Minolta Gold Coast since Sept 2006 and has made the role of service control his own. Sometimes confused with Vin Diesel, Adam ensures that your service calls are dealt with politely and efficiently and is usually the voice that you will hear on the other end of the phone. Adam believes he is the best cyclist in the Company.
Justin Marshall
Service Technician
Justin is another brother in the Konica Minolta Service Technician Team. Justin specialises in the "big boys". His career in the copier industry expands over 20 years when he started in the late 1980’s in Tasmania. He learnt his trade as a business machine mechanic and completed an associate diploma in electrical engineering, Justin then moved to the Gold Coast, and started with Document Solutions in 2004. 'Big J' specialises in the high end colour production machines and also has extensive IT experience. He is a valued member of our service team.

Andrew Mitchell
Service Technician
Andrew started his career in 1990 whilst completing an electronic engineering apprenticeship. From there Andrew moved on and worked on a large range of products in the copier industry. He was working as a sub contractor for a number of years before making the very wise move over to Document Solutions in 2003. Andrew is fully trained on the majority of the Konica Minolta range and is furthering his skills by focusing on becoming a high end production machine specialist. Mitch is a valued member of our service team.
Robert Marshall
Service Technician
Robbie looks after the Southern end of the Coast and is a ‘white tornado’ intent on fixing your equipment as quickly as possible. For a Welshman he sounds very much like an Aussie and we don’t know of another Welshman that can surf! Rob has been in the industry since 1974 and has been servicing the Konica product since 1990.
Adam Gates
Service Technician
Adam has just joined our expanding team and is another Welshman in the Company only he really does sound Welsh. Adam joined Konica in Wales in 1999 from school and has arrived here on the Gold Coast with a wealth of knowledge with the KM product.
Mark Darvall
Service Technician
Mark has joined our friendly and hardworking Technician Team! Mark has extensive experience and knowledge in all our Konica Minolta and Lexmark printers and multi-function printers. At present, Mark is studying for his Certificate 4 in IT at the Southbank TAFE.
Zach Warwick
Trainee Technician
Introducing the youngest member of our team – Zach Warrick, who joined us in 2010 as a Trainee Technician. Zach is keen to learn all about our products and is studying an IT Certificate III. Zach is also a computer geek and just recently bought a lot of “stuff” to set up his own computer at home. Zach is a quiet achiever so we are all amazed with the very loud doof doof sounds coming from his car as he drives to and from work. He is also a keen bike rider of the downhill mountain variety so some biking rivalry about road or mountain pursues.

Andrew Siggs
After Sales Support
Andrew joined Document Solutions in 2005 as an after sales trainer. He quickly established himself as a front line customer service support officer and machine installer. He is a vibrant part of the team and is responsible for all customer training and assisting the technicians and the account managers in the functions and knowledge of the equipment. Andrew is currently furthering his IT knowledge. 'Siggsy' can do no wrong. We love his work at Document Solutions, you will too!!!
